Last year, we published an article about what the future of hearing was in schools<\/a>. Since then, the Center for Disease and Control<\/a> has estimated that the number of school-aged children with hearing loss\u00a0has increased from 12 to 14.9 percent.\u00a0These children suffer from hearing loss of at least 16 dB in one or both ears.<\/p>\n
